Terms of Service Welcome to Pelagos. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thepelagos.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Who we are Pelagos ("we", "us", "our") is a premium finger-tape brand for BJJ, grappling, and combat-sports athletes, operating from Cyprus. You can reach us at thepelagos@gmail.com.

  2. Products & pricing We do our best to display our products, colours, and prices accurately. Prices are shown in EUR (or your local currency at checkout where available) and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit order quantities.

  3. Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud or stock issues. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.

  4. Payment Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods shown. You confirm that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.

  5. Shipping & delivery Shipping, delivery times, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

  9. Product use & disclaimer Pelagos finger tape is a sports accessory intended to support finger joints during training. It is not a medical device and does not prevent or treat injury. Always train responsibly and consult a medical professional for any injury or condition. You use our products at your own risk.

  10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

  11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
