Where your order ships from Depending on your delivery address, your order is dispatched either from our warehouse in Cyprus or from our international fulfilment partner. Either way it arrives in Pelagos packaging, fully tracked.
Processing & dispatch Cyprus, Greece & Europe: orders placed before 15:00 (Cyprus time) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. USA, UK, Australia & Canada: dispatched within 24 hours.

Tracking Every order is tracked. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Orders within Cyprus are delivered via BoxNow lockers, with an SMS pickup code.
Customs, duties & taxes Orders within the European Union have no additional customs charges. For orders outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed packages If your tracking hasn't updated or your order is taking longer than expected, email us at with your order number and we'll help trace it.
Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days at with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
